A shareable Appetizer! Take a bite into a mixture of magenta coloured beets, vibrant orange carrots, sweet potato planks and tasty parsnips. Deep-fried, sprinkled with parmesan cheese and served with curry-mayo or roasted garlic aioli for dipping.
